Erik Marks. Erik is the founder of TisBest and the Charity Gift Card concept. Erik is a member of Social Venture Partners, volunteers at his local Union Gospel Mission and supports the Nature Conservancy and Sierra Club. Erik has worked as a business attorney and partner at Cairncross & Hempelmann and Perkins Coie, and serves as general counsel at EDG Commercial Real Estate, a medical real estate services firm. Erik holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA from Williams College. |

Jon Siegel. Jon is our Executive Director. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience with nonprofit organizations, and is a forceful advocate for hands-on involvement in the causes that are important to people. Jon has extensive marketing experience with a wide variety of businesses, from start-ups to Fortune 500s. His roles have included worldwide marketing manager, vice president, and chief marketing officer. Prior to accepting his role at TisBest Philanthropy, he was a marketing and content development consultant to technology firms. Jon earned a B.A. with honors from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN. |

Chad Edwards. Chad is our Director of Charity and Community Relations. Chad leads our charity relationship building, website design, social media and communication strategy, customer service, and gift card production facility. Chad has worked in the nonprofit sector for seven years building partnerships between businesses and nonprofits. Previously, he directed marketing and new programs at the University of Saint Francis Busse School of Business. He enjoys volunteering with both local and international humanitarian projects. Chad earned a B.A. in Public Relations from Taylor University.

Caroline Boneham. Caroline is our Midwest Marketing
Representative. She handles TisBest’s outreach to businesses in the
Midwest. She is an Interior Designer for the commercial architecture firm
Antunovich Associates in Chicago where she primarily designs community centers,
LEED projects, universities and historic building restorations. She has
volunteered her time in Chicago as well as internationally. Caroline has
a particular interest in corporate responsibility, conscientious capitalism and
social entrepreneurship. She graduated from Northwestern University with
a BA in Sociology and is preparing for an MBA with a concentration in Social
Enterprise.

Travis Woo. Travis is our Social Media and Marketing Intern. He is working to understand TisBest’s position in the charity world and help shape our use of social media marketing channels. As a senior at the University of Washington, studying marketing in the Foster School of Business, he is eager to help companies with marketing strategies after he graduates. In his free time Travis works hard at an evolving list of hobbies including basketball, bouldering, Magic: the Gathering, and music. He hopes to change the world by dreaming big, working hard, achieving, and spreading inspiration through writing about living.

Jason Semone. As founder and chief investment officer of Water Rock Global Asset Management, LLC, Jason researches and promotes industries and companies that bring eco-friendly technology to the marketplace. Jason's family company has been remediating environmental contamination and creating clean water for more than 25 years. A former professional golfer, Jason volunteers his time to organize and promote golf tournaments the purpose of which is to raise money for charity. |

Jim Phillips. Jim is an owner and manager of Berschauer Phillips, a northwest commercial construction company, through which he pursues his interest in environmentally responsible and sustainable construction practices. Jim volunteers his time at St. Joseph’s of Seattle, the Boys and Girls Club and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Thurston County. Jim received his BA from Wheaton College and is pursuing his MBA at the University of Washington. |

Dave Lamont. Dave began his philanthropic work years ago, founding a mentoring program for underprivileged elementary school children in Tacoma, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors and as an Advisory Board member to the PCC Farmland Trust. Dave is the President and CEO of CCD Enterprises Inc., a commercial real estate company. Dave previously worked as an attorney and a nuclear chief engineer. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds a JD from Seattle University. |

Richard N. Gold. Rich is President of R.N. Gold & Company, a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning and marketing. Prior to forming R.N. Gold & Company, he was Executive Vice President of Glendinning Associates and a Brand manager at Procter & Gamble. Mr. Gold serves on several Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards. He has been a Producer and Partner in Enterplan and Director of the Downtown Council of Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Gold holds an MBA from Columbia University, an MA from New York University and a BSI from the University of Wisconsin.

Marie Mihail. Marie works at Microsoft, where she specializes in global partner marketing and educational development. Marie spends a good part of her time promoting and supporting charitable organizations, including ASPCA, Delta Society, Help Hospitalized Veterans (HHV), Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA), Senior Services of Snohomish County, and the annual Microsoft Give Campaign. Marie received her BA in Economics from the University of Washington and recently completed her Executive MBA at the University of Washington. |

Noland Hoshino. Noland is the Co-Founder of [B]cause Media Social Communications where he creates and develops innovative social media marketing strategies and campaigns for small businesses and nonprofits to help increase their brand recognition and productivity. Noland is a social good curator, do-good enforcer, and volunteer evangelist. Most times you’ll see him online sharing content about social media for social good, at the gym, volunteering or earning Foursquare “Mayor” badges around town. Noland is a military veteran with 20 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, and holds an MBA from University of Phoenix in Business Administration Management.
