Q: What is a TisBest Charity Gift Card?

A: It works like any other gift card, except that instead of using it to buy stuff in a store,
the recipient spends it to support a charity of their choice. You are the donor and your recipient chooses the charity!
1) You buy a Charity Gift Card on this website. TisBest Philanthropy
holds your donation in a specific bank account.
2) You give the Charity Gift Card as a gift.
3) Your gift recipient visits this website and chooses a
charity to receive your donation.

| Q: Is there a fee beyond the charity gift card face value? |
| A: There are no additional fees for email and print-on-your-own-printer cards. Our plastic cards (100% recycled) cost an additional $1.49 per card to help us cover the cost of the materials, printing, and handling. |
| Q: How much of the money does the charity receive? |
A: The charity receives the card balance, less a $1.95 fee which supports our operating costs and 3% received by the credit card processor. For $5 and $1 gift cards (available by special order), we charge no fee and 100% goes to the charity.

Q: Are the Charity Gift Cards plastic?

A: You choose while ordering if you want to send the card by email, print it on your printer or order a plastic card. Plastic cards (100% recycled content) are shipped within one business day, even when you upload a custom image!

Q: Do you send the Charity Gift Card to me or directly to the recipient?

A: Both are available – you choose during your order!

Q: Do I choose what the card looks like?

A: Yes – Choose from our 54 stock photos or upload your own custom image for the Charity Gift Card! You also create a personal message to accompany the Charity Gift Card.
